Rod Rhodes is Professor of Political Science and Head of Program in the Research School of Social Sciences, Australian National University. He is also Emeritus Professor of Politics at the University of Newcastle (UK); Adjunct Professor of Politics and Public Policy, School of Politics and Public Policy, Griffith University, and Adjungeret Professor of Political Science, Institut for Statskundskab, Kobenhavns Universitet, Denmark. Between 1994-1999, he was Director, of the Economic and Social Research Council Whitehall Research Program. He is the author or editor of many books including recently: Transforming British Government Volume 1.
